PSA Technology Introduction

PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. This advanced system uses a special grade of Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) for efficient oxygen production.

The compressed air passes through a Twin Tower PSA module with automatic changeover valves
After processing through a Refrigerated Dryer, the air is completely dried
The dried compressed air contacts the Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) bed
ZMS has the unique property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules
The resulting oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel with maintained minimum pressure via a Back Pressure Regulator
