99.5% Oxygen Purification Device Principle and Process
The oxygen purification device utilizes deep separation technology and can be connected in parallel with existing 93% concentration oxygen generators (typically PSA oxygen generators). It specifically adsorbs and retains impurities such as nitrogen and argon present in 93% oxygen (main impurities being approximately 6-7% nitrogen and 0.5% argon). After separation, oxygen purity increases to over 99.5%, with final output through a pressure stabilizing module to meet high-purity requirements.
The entire process is controlled by an automated system that adjusts the adsorption/desorption cycle, enabling continuous, stable oxygen production. The system operates reliably with minimal maintenance requirements, making it suitable for diverse oxygen usage scenarios.
