How It Works - PSA Working Principle

The system adopts Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Compressed air passes through a bed of zeolite molecular sieves, which preferentially adsorb nitrogen molecules under high pressure, allowing high-purity oxygen to pass through. When the adsorber vessel is depressurized, the adsorbed nitrogen is released and purged out, regenerating the molecular sieve for the next cycle. Twin adsorber vessels alternate automatically between adsorption and regeneration, ensuring a continuous and stable oxygen output 24 hours a day.
