HDFD99.5-200 Nitrogen Gas Generator is a PSA nitrogen production system rated at 200 Nm³/h and 99.5% purity, designed for food packaging nitrogen flushing and industrial modified atmosphere lines that run around the clock. It generates nitrogen from compressed air on site, so packaging plants stop depending on liquid nitrogen deliveries.

Compressed air is dried and filtered, then fed into two carbon molecular sieve beds. Oxygen is adsorbed during the pressurised stage and nitrogen is delivered as product gas, while the second bed regenerates by depressurisation. The cycle repeats automatically to give continuous nitrogen.

Capacity and purity are configurable from 5 to 2000 Nm³/h. We provide layout drawings, packaging line interface support, operator training and long term spare parts supply.
