The HDFO93-3 PSA Oxygen Generator is a compact pressure swing adsorption oxygen production unit rated at 3 Nm³/h and 93% purity. It is designed as the oxygen feed source for ozone generators and industrial water treatment plants. The system generates oxygen on site from compressed air, so plants no longer depend on liquid oxygen deliveries or cylinder exchange.

Compressed air is dried and filtered to the required dew point, then fed into two zeolite molecular sieve beds. Nitrogen is adsorbed at pressure while oxygen passes through as product gas; the saturated bed is regenerated by rapid depressurisation. Automatic valve switching keeps oxygen flowing continuously.
